It'll go absolutely nowhere. Sanders will win with over 70% of the vote next year, no matter who runs. Even if the Democrats (or Republicans) nominate Jesus, Bernie would still get reelected.

I'm not a big Sanders fan and agree that he helped sink HRC... but the guy is a great fit for his state and this challenge is going nowhere

I don't disagree with him. But he's just wasting his time.

Every senator that voted for a Trump nominee needs to be primaried. It's that simple.

That would be every Democrat in the Senate...and there's no guarantee you'd get someone as progressive in say, North Dakota or West Virginia.

And more importantly, even if they won the primaries, they would most likely get creamed in the general election. He's just a crazy idealist, with his logic, literally every democratic senator (maybe or maybe not Gillibrand), I forget, please feel free to enlighten me on that one, would be primaried.

Gillibrand voted for David Shulkin and Nikki Haley.

Yeah, I was enlightened by another individual earlier, but thank you.

This crackpot won't even break 10%, but it's honestly quite hilarious how much some of the #Resistance Twitter figureheads hate Bernie. What they really mean when they talk about "party unity" is unity behind them and them only.
