NYC or São Paulo depending on how you count.

How can one count and get NYC as the larger of those two?

1. London
2. Los Angeles
3. Rome
4. San Diego
5. San Jose
6. San Francisco
7. Washington
8. Boston
9. Las Vegas
10. Sacramento

Not sure if London really counts, since all I did there was stay in a crappy airport hotel because of a delayed flight. I’ve spent a fair amount of time actually visiting in all of the others, though.
