I think most people agree that Rubio and Kasich were the most electable Republicans, but who were the least electable Republicans?

I think there is little debate that Fiorina and Carson were much less electable. I also said Jindal, Graham, Perry, Christie, and possibly Cruz.

Carson, Fiorina, Jindal, Huckabee, and Graham. No particular order.

It's a tough call, but it's probably between Pataki and Graham (would not inspire the base whatsoever), plus Carson/Trump (for competence concerns and character issues in the latter case), Bobby Jindal and Carly Fiorina (poor track record in previous leadership positions), and maybe Ted Cruz for ideological rigidity, as much as I like him, though I still think he'd do better than the previous six.

All of them. Trump was the right candidate at the right time, captured the national mood far better than any of the bland hollow men served up by the GOP.

Yes? Not sure why people think a candidate who couldn't win any state other than his own in the primaries is electable

If the best the GOP could against Hillary Clinton of all people was losing the popular vote, then the GOP might as well quit existing.

Yeah, he couldn't even win places like VT, MA, or DC.

That's easy: Because many of the same things that make you popular in the primary make you unpopular in the general election, and vice versa.
