Could Condoleezza Rice win the gubernatorial election in a liberal state like California in 2018 due to her name recognition, to her moderate faith, to her pro-choice stance, to her criticism of Donald Trump in addition of not supporting him, to her potential appeal among her fellow African Americans and to the fact that more people approve her job performance as Secretary of State (43 %) than Hillary Clinton (32 %) and John Kerry (14 %) despite her ties with the Bush administration?
