Does Condoleezza Rice have a decent chance of winning in 2018?

She's a relic of a bygone era. Democrats won't support her over someone like Newsom, or Chiang even, for her involvement with Iraq and the Bush administration. Republicans won't like her either, as the party has moved away from her positions. They'd more likely tactically vote for a moderate Dem in the jungle to get them to the runoff.
