Minor typo, amendment to strike two letters correcting "unemployment" to "employment" (Preamble to the Bill, 2nd 'Whereas').

I'd be in favor of giving a little more to CSPR and making cities/towns pay less of their surplus.

I'd be agreeable to that. Any suggestions on % & amount?
Perhaps $250 million and 15%?

Delegates have 24 hours to object to West_Midlander's amendment being placed in the bill.

Sounds like a good idea, but the price tag...

What's our surplus like again?

I would like to apologize for previously wrongly stating that the budget surplus was $200 billion when it was actually $100 billion, I remembered the numbers wrong.

We'll be winning with this bill. If the amendment is adopted, I move for a final vote.

That's a lot of money! I guess we could afford it, although there are some other things on the wishlist to consider (i.e. an infrastructure bill, not raising taxes, etc.) that will have to be fit in at a higher priority. Still, I guess $3 billion isn't all that much with context, right?

In anyone has any concerns or second opinions, now is the time to share them (i.e. before this is voted through 5-0 Tongue).
