I favor the ACA, of course.

A single payer system counts as "other".

This, or New Zealand-style single payer or private insurance opt-in.

Massive deregulation. More competition, more freedom, more consumer power.

Of the listed choices, obviously the ACA, but I agree single payer would be much better.

Single-Payer.  The ability to obtain any treatment or medicine needed to save one's life should be a right for everyone, no questions asked. If this cannot be be achieved through for-profit health care, then it's time to end for-profit health care.  Human life should be valued more than the profits of insurance and pharmaceutical companies.

Single-Payer is far more fiscally sound the right would have you believe, and in any case, I see nothing wrong with taxing millionaires and billionaires a little more to stop people from dying from treatable conditions.

Some form of universal, though single-payer may not be the right method.

Universal healthcare, but no single-payer. Just something like the Swiss or Dutch model (99.9% covered). The US really needs to stop with it's fetish for employer-sponsored coverage though, it's the main problem with American healthcare.
