Oklahoma County is the most "liberal" county in Oklahoma. It's the only one in that state where Clinton hit 40%.
Morrison County, Minnesota, on the other hand is the most conservative county in the bluest state (in terms of Democratic streaks). Trump received here 73.4% of the vote in contrast to Clinton's 20.7%.
