Cause I find it fantastic that every time an American uses "liberal" to mean left wing, a stream of European posters turn up and start yelling at them. Tongue

Depends on the meaning of liberal. The FDP is more liberal on economic issues; the Democrats are more liberal on social issues. The Democrats are definitely more left.

This, but overall, FDP, because they're pretty liberal on social issues too, from what I hear.
