We are not asking for a rule of two kings, but rather a temporary alliance between two kings. The Prussians have foolishly and hastily declared support for Ivan VI. Peter III has popularity among the peasants that would keep any future rebellion contained, while Ivan VI has the Cossacks by his side. Perhaps our allies would do wisely to declare neutrality between all enemies of The Tyrant of Moscow.

All nations must acknowledge the League of Armed Neutrality's humanitarian missions to aid the people displaced by conflict and submit to a ceasefire until the Conference is held. Should any nation fail to do so, they shall simply be excluded from the Conference.

Does the trading power of Venice not recognize the nation of Denmark-Norway? That is a great slight, indeed! We would be allies, but it is clear the countries of Italy like Lombardia in the hands of Vienna.

- All nobles who declared for Sweden will be imprisoned and numbered. Should their numbers be few, the adult members of the House will be stripped of nobility, and the House's children will be sent to the royal court, as well as those males under the age of thirty, but no others. We, the King of Denmark, the King of Norway, the King of Iceland, intend to contact the nobles not so hostile to the cause of freeing serfs. Those noble families that support the monarchy, and those that rebel against their families in those that oppose freeing serfs, will receive the land of traitors. That said, we do hereby free the serfs unconditionally. 10,100 serfs will be hired by the army, and the remainder are to be what they wish - be it farmers or merchants or traders or surveyors. Furthermore, those nobles still imprisoned are to be allowed to settle in Greenland. Should they ever leave Greenland, however, they will be considered rebels against the state and to be killed on sight. As for those young men who renounce Sweden and support freeing the serfs, as well as swearing loyalty to the crown and land and the education militarily, they will be in three to five years appointed to positions in Iceland, Greenland, and India. I will remind the certain parties that the Hapsburg Monarchy remains committed to its treaty of mutual defense with the Kingdom of France. Should any country attack the French(and nobody would view such an attack as anything but brazen and blatant aggression) they would quickly find yourself at war with Austria and the Empire as well.

This House of Noble Deputies will hold most of the power. A House of the Common Deputies will be created, with elections every ten years. The latter of these will be allowed to criticize the policies of the King and have oversight on taxes and power of the nobility.
3. All who defect to the Coalition Armies will be granted complete amnesty, as well as that of their families. All who remain in government and as generals will see them and their heirs barred from voting.

We request an immediate end to all hostilities against the Maratha. Your nation has intervened twice now in affairs close to Denmark-Norway-Iceland, and we once again offer peace. If we were you, I would agree in the interests of ending the plague. Otherwise, you risk infecting India and, from there, all of Asia. Furthermore, the Maratha are now friends of ours. By threatening them, even if we were not friends, you would be threatening our holdings in India.

We propose an immediate ceasefire for hostilities in Russia and India until the plague has been defeated.


New Policies:

- The Company is to be immediately reformed, with all thereof investigated for corruption. In the meantime, all duties thereof will be adopted by men with a fair and honest background, including those formerly of noble families not now the heads of the households.

With France refusing to even comment on an immediate ceasefire in India, we have few choices left. We ask that our allies and the League of Armed Neutrality support our bid for an immediate ceasefire. Unless peace is had, we will be forced to protect our interests in India.

The Danish Declaration:

Whereas the French, offered peace and a ceasefire by us in India, have refused our overtures; whereas they have, instead, expanded their aggression throughout all of India; and whereas they pose an immediate threat to our holdings and business in India; we immediately declare an intervention. Danish troops will march to the front lines and prevent all battles. Should they be fired upon first, or any hostile action intended, it will be taken as a French or Maratha rebel general or corps. Said rebels will be arrested, and if an entire army attacks, it will be considered a declaration of war. No war will be made - no more lives will be shed - no more land will be taken or lost.
