Translation of the OP: you don't like that there is a black republican in the senate and want the democrats to use a southern strategy/racist-style campaign against him.

I generally like your posts, but this is pretty weird/not a good look.

Tim Scott is a good man and great public servant and I am happy to see him becoming a big voice for the GOP.

I want a democrat to be in every seat that is held by a Republican regardless of whether they are white, green, brown, pink, magenta, whatever, etc. And I think that using any method besides violence and cheating to get their is A ok. Examine the constituency and the candidate's weakness and exploit them. It's nothing personal, and frankly all I see is an opportunity to win, and democrats should try to take it.

The poll results here as of now would probably mirror the actual result for once.

I've never voted for a Republican for the Senate, but if I had lived in South Carolina, I would vote for Tim Scott, not the hypothetical racist candidate.

He seems like a good guy and yet he gets a bunch of flak for being an "Uncle Tom".

A few issues with this:
-It makes Democrats look racist.
-If Tim Scott wins, which he almost certainly would, it adds fuel to the "See? The South isn't racist" fire.
-If the Democrat somehow wins, we wasted energy on electing this idiot that we could have spent electing a real liberal in Wisconsin or Pennsylvania.

Bottom line is, Bagel23 is a racist who should join the Racist Party.

Lol this post is as dumb as making one asking for a GOP strategy to defeat Sheldon Whitehouse or Ben Cardin.

I'm more blown away by the fact that he apparently even thought the scenario in this post had a non-zero chance of happening yet thinks someone like Jeff Flake is safe.

Not Safe. Likely Flake in the primaries and Lean Flake in the generals.

This, very much. I've been inactive here for a few days, and then I come back to this. I can't believe someone on Atlas would post something this racist. Look, this is not Stormfront Election Atlas. I acknowledge that everyone, from Bagel to Eharding to Runeghost and everyone has a right to free speech, which I STRONGLY defend (hence my opposition to banning him), but if he does this one more time, I will support a temporary ban, hopefully it will teach him a lesson. And if he doesn't, a permaban should be on the table. If Eharding, who is not really anti-Semitic (I mean, what kind of anti-Semite has Mark Zuckerberg in their signature), got a permaban for simply having unpopular views and being very active on this site, then we can't have a multi-tier moderating system here on Atlas.

Well he also predicted that the Demcorats will become the Party of the rich and that Georgia 6 Republicans should be the kind of voter Demcorats should be targeting for future elections (his ossoff2028 account).

I'm pretty sure he just wants the real life Democratic Party to turn into this negative caricature that he's already created for them in his head (icky rich globalist Jews).
Even if he views the Democrats as being controlled by such people, he doesn't actively say hateful things about those groups, at least not to my recollection. And his dislike for them is not because of their religion/ancestry, it's because he disagrees with their views. And, at least for now, the truth is, both parties have plenty of rich and poor people in their bases (for different reasons, of course).
