There's also the chance the reducing loopholes could hurt business.
Yes, and this would further exacerbate our region's unemployment.

Mr. Governor, since you've struck down a restoration of the income tax, how do you suggest we raise revenues without crushing Southern business as you suggested by affecting the corporation tax?

I support an override vote, I believe this needs to pass.

I'm calling a vote on a veto override. Delegates have 48 hours to vote.

Since Tim decided to end voting many hours before it officially ended, I call for a revote.

7.) If a bill has been vetoed, a Delegate has 24 hours to motion for a veto override. A two-thirds majority of the members of the Chamber of Delegates is needed in order to override a veto.
So according to this, we it seems we need 2/3rds of the membership of the CoD to override a veto; a simple 2/3rds or more in a vote override vote is not sufficient.
I apologize for the misunderstanding.
I call for a revote. 48 Hours, as usual.

The first mention of an override by any delegate was more than 24 hours after Leinad vetoed the bill, so any attempt to override the veto at this point is illegal. This is why activity is important. Tongue

Yeah any chance of this veto being overridden is dead.
