Absurdly funny.  Now the dead suspect's wife claims she was coerced by police into making a televised statement implicating her husband.

What the article failed to point out is that the couple of underground arms dealers that supposedly pass on the rifle to Chen Yi-Shiung also turned up dead just like Chen Yi-Shiung.

The ROC police had its own version of the magic bullet theory.  Chen Yi-Shiung supposedly got off two shots off with 0.6 seconds from his rifle.  The police reports claims that in a 1984 ROC police sharpshooting competition this feat was pulled off ergo it was possible that Chen Yi-Shiung did the same.  That Chen Yi-Shiung had not used any sort of firearms before seems to escape them.
