The French healthcare system has procurement price caps, and is arguably the best in the world in terms of quality.

most nationalised public services include some degree of implied price control.

Switzerland has a wage control system in place over executive pay, which has hardly caused multinationals to flee the country

The fair trade movement has been wildly succesful as a form of minimum pricing

I mean, the question is fundamentally meaningless without first defining what you mean by wage and price controls, and then defining what criteria you count as a success. Does any negative externality nullify the achievments of such controls?
