Justice was never a Democrat.  He merely infiltrated the Democratic Party in WV, won their Gubenatorial nomination, won the election, then returned to the GOP the minute he had a credible opportunity to do so.  He put one over on the Democratic Party.

Joe Manchin is a Democrat.  Justice was an interloper.

The states are pretty much aligned with their respective party. But, WI, MI and Pa, 3 seats which will be the number to flip in 2020, doomed the Dems in 2016 PREZ and Senate wise. Gubernatorial, likewise in 2018.

So, Justice flipping GOP doesn't do much of any harm
