What happened to all the mass shootings/terror attacks this summer?

Last summer, there was an incident practically every week. 50 people dead at the Pulse nightclub, a shooting in Dallas, a shooting in Baton Rouge, a truck running over 70 people in France, a terror attack in Germany, riots in Milwaukee... this summer, crickets. The only terrorist attacks were Manchester/London right before the election there. It seems that these incidents are more likely to happen just before high-stakes elections.

Two of them were severely mentally ill with personal problems that led them to attack a civilian target, and the third was a YouTube conspirator obsessed with the Congresswoman he shot.

ISIS is too busy trying to save themselves in the war. Raqqa is under seige and Iraq, Syria, and the Kurds are closing in on the rest of it fast. Id put my money on it that ISIS is gone by the end of the year
