I don't believe in it either which is why I voted option 3.

Yes, I support the sprinkling of babies. It's a church tradition that dedicates the congregation to the welfare of the newborn as soon as possible.

In all seriousness though, this is the correct answer.

Baptizing babies isn't something I'd be necessarily opposed to if Confirmation hasn't become something kids/teenagers just do because they are effectively forced into it/want to make their parents happy/just want to get gifts out of it. But that's the way it effectively is, so people get robbed of any meaningful voluntary act of faith as adults (using the term here more to mean "grown" rather than legal adults, aka including high school age people), unless they convert and get baptized again (as I was.)

I actually do go to a church that baptizes babies, but only if the parents request it and otherwise just recommend "dedication" which I'd wager about 80% of parents in it choose, and has no problem rebaptizing people baptized as babies, (they call it a "reaffirmation of baptism" rather than simply baptism but it's the same thing for all intents and purposes.)

Yes (normal), but mainly because it's Hillary Clinton.

Also it should be stated that the Catholic Church recognizes Protestant baptisms, so Catholic parents should have no qualms about it. In fact, almost every denomination recognizes the baptisms of almost every other denomination.

Yes. Why not? Unlike what my mother tells me, I don't believe she's the devil.

I converted from Catholicism (my dad's faith) to a Southern Baptist (my mom's family), and I got baptized at the Baptist Church because I had only been baptized as a baby, not when I could consciously make that choice for myself.

But, I would never choose that for my kids, but I would never prohibit my kids from making their own decisions on something like that.

I don't have kids, and even if I did, I would not baptize them unless my partner insisted upon it, but I wish Hillary well if she chooses to become a minister, and would have no issue with her officiating the ceremonies.

I wouldn't allow anyone to baptize my children unless they decide on their own that Christianity is for them.

If I would... sure, when else do I get the opportunity to meet Hillary in person?

it would most definitely be unforgivable for me to voluntarily subject any of my family members to that evil hag.

disclaimer: ethics as a field of study is utterly ridiculous due to its lack of grounding in logic.

I don't believe in infant Baptism.  I believe Baptism is a choice for a believer of any age who understands that choice.

The Bible gives the Church the model of babies being dedicated to the Lord, with parents promising to bring them up in the faith.  That being said, Hillary Clinton's spirit doesn't witness to mine.  She does not accept the inerrancy of Scripture or the authority of Scripture, and I wonder how many Biblical doctrines she rejects.  Does she believe in Salvation by Grace through Faith in Christ, and His Death and Resurrection?  Does she, indeed, believe in the physical death and resurrection of Christ?  These are not trivial questions for a Christian; they are matters of ETERNAL significance.

Until such time that Hillary Clinton makes a personal declaration of faith that is what Scripture would indicate is sufficient, I will never allow Hillary Clinton to have any role in the spiritual instruction of my 12 year old son.  And I will raise my son to be able to recognize a Charlatan and a Heretic and reject their false doctrine.
