What do the different folder icons mean?

For example, some posts have an open yellow folder, some have a closed grey metallic folder, some have an open yellow folder with yellow exclamation marks on them, some have a closed grey metallic folder with red exclamation marks on them, some have a open yellow folder with red exclamation marks on them, some have a closed grey metallic folder with a yellow exclamation mark on them, and some have a closed grey metallic folder with a bar graph on them. My question is, what do all these icons mean?
