Modi and Temer are both just horrible in ways that aren't really comparable. Maybe it should be Temer > Modi.

Merkel (she's the least bad of the bunch)
Abe (he's actually done some good things re: economics, it's a shame he hasn't managed to break Japan out of permanent deflation mode)
Modi (he overall has a correct view on how to modernize India...but he has bad ideas on social issues. Isn't as disastorous as I thought he would be, ultimately)
Temer (irredeemable, elitist piece of garbage. El Usurpador Uno)
