In the darkest days of 2017 and 2018, the old Labor Party came to an end due to all around unfortunate circumstances, leading to a split between two main left wing parties, the Progressive Union Party and the Peace Party. Both have their own distinct purposes, but it is time for the one and true worker's party to arise once more.

The Labor Party is making a comeback once again as a party for and by the worker's, as a lower economic class citizen myself (in real life, yes really), I, like many who were once and are in labor now, understand the needed for a major social safety net, the rights of all workers and indeed the need for a party that will protect these rights. So, it is on this day, July 23rd, 2018, that the Labor Party is reformed in an old way and in a new way, this is not "new labor", this is simply labor come back to life. I believe Windjammer is temporary chair as of now considering he was the first to go against the PUP merger, and thusly, we hope that this new dawn is a successful one.

Pax didn't split from Labor, it's been around for many months. The Peace Party existed long before the Progressive Union Party, and we will still exist after they do
