This is the thread in which you post the ways in which the legal system is messed up.

If someone tries to rob a convenience store with a weapon and the employee decides to fight back, he or she (the employee) can be liable for a lawsuit if the perpetrator has the audacity to sue the employee and depending on the circumstances. This is why here in the Phoenix area, Circle K employees are supposed to just hand over the money and activate the alarm, and are not allowed to resist. A bystander who decides to be a hero is also liable for a lawsuit.
