Majority of Dems will support it. Especially the more liberal members such as Sanders, Warren, Merkley, etc. The conservative/centrist Dems (Manchin and Heitkamp especially) will oppose it.

All Democrats except for Manchin, Heitkamp and Donnelly and possibly McCaskill, plus Sanders and Angus King of course.

In the House, all non-Blue Dogs will support it (if it even comes to a vote...I doubt Speaker Ryan would allow that to happen).

Assuming Dems take Congress and leadership backs the Bill, I'd see only MAJOR insurance industry hacks like Tom Carper vote against it.
