This is a tough one to give a yes/no answer.  How about a range of probabilities as choices?  I'd put the likelihood at 30%.

A normal election? He'd be toast.

With Russia backing him again and rigging the election in his favor? Yea, he'll win.

That's the day before the next scheduled inauguration.  It refers to whether he lasts through his current term.

I lean towards yes, but after his response to Charlottesville and Republicans like Corker and Scott breaking away from him, I'm a lot less certain. I guess I felt the same way in May after he fired Comey, but nothing came of that either.

I certainly hope he isn't president on January 19, 2021.

I got a feeling he'll be dead by then.

More than likely. Despite what Trump's ghostwriter says, there's no way for him to declare victory and go home, so he won't resign despite being unable to get anything done. Even if the 25th Amendment be invoked, Pence would only be Acting President, not President. It's going to take undeniable evidence of criminal wrongdoing on Trump's own part to get enough Republican Senators to go along to get the two-thirds requirement.

I don't think so. I'm confident Mueller will find something. It might take until after the midterm elections, but Mueller probably will find something and Trump will regret attacking McConnell.

When he finds one or both Houses of Congress in Democratic hands, he will learn if he has not yet how incompetent he is as President.

I think it's a toss up at this point.

The chances of Congressional support for him eroding to levels where a successful impeachment of him becomes likely is greater than you may think.

Inauguration is January 20. He will be President on January 19 even if he loses in 2020.

I know, but that's only if he doesn't resign/die/get impeached by then, which is why I ask the question.

I changed my vote to yes (I was first confused with the dates).
Anyway, I don't think he will die or resign.
There is a chance he could be impeached, but something tells me he gets a pass.
But my hopes are that Mueller finds some really bad stuff, where the GOP will have no choice but to impeach him.

Also, I don't think he will run again. But if he does, he will not win the nomination for 2020.

Probably not, but if he does survive until then, he'll be a two-termer.

I lean towards yes. Still undecided whether it will be his last full day or not. I think 2020 is going to be a redux of either 1980 or 2004.

Leaning yes. I don't think he'll resign voluntarily, he would have to be forced out.

Given we still have well over 3 years to go and it's been very difficult to knock out an incumbent. I'm afraid you are right.

"Trump is already finished" reminds me of daily "we're pass peak Trump" during the primaries.

Yes.

He won't quit.

If impeached, he won't be removed.

He won't be indicted.

He may not be there on the 21st, but he'll be there on the 19th.

A lot of folks don't get it.  We are not a Parliamentary system.  The executive doesn't come out of the legislature, and impeachment isn't a tool to cure Executive Unpopularity.  Trump's here until 01/20/2021.  He's tougher and grittier than his enemies, and he'll outlast them.
