I disagree. If this ruling was made in 1817 maybe... but we've damaged the environment too much for humanity too survive past 2100.

Was this in a federal appeals court? Stupid ruling.  The Trump administration should appeal to the Supreme Court.

Our increasingly frail infastructure for transferring oil and gas from rig to consumer is too important to put to risk. Shutting down the pipeline is a bad idea.
