I am not a fan of Mr. McConnell, but I truly appreciate him calling out Trump on this issue. It's one of the most worrying, in my opinion, as undermining the free press is one of the best ways to set the stage for its removal.

I can both disagree with someone and appreciate when they do the right thing. Thank you, Mr. McConnell. Unfortunately, I feel you have lost face with even the more normal GOPers, and so this message is a little too late to have any impact, at least coming from you. If Mr. Ryan would also say something similar, then we might get somewhere.

I get it. All truth is relative. Fax her Duffy more than what you are press spokesman says. A coordinated organization of Talking Heads reciting bullet points from the same shared memo creates what's actually true. And nothing is more trustworthy than the other because there are sh**tbag organizations out there like Breitbart and Alex Jones that can't be trusted more than some schizophrenic lunatic sh**ting himself in an alleyway. Therefore the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Etc are all of an equal journalistic level., especially if they report something that happened which contradicts my worldview.
