More so because of the ability to do consolidated PMs addressing all matters pertinent to that day and also include follow ups where participation has lagged from some.

Anyway, it should go without saying (sadly we don't get to have nice things), but this still needs a sponsor.

We need some debate on this, too. Seems reasonable though

I'd like to get some input on this before writing an amendment, but I think there should be some kind of provision for English classes. Making sure refugees have an opportunity to learn the language would do a lot to promote social cohesion and lessen potential tension.

I approve of this bill since it aims to accomplish the goals of helping people living in the horrendous situation in Syria in a way that insists responsibility and accountability on our government's part. This bill also aims to not cause harm to our existing citizens' security and economy. I believe that Atlasia's diverse people are better suited to taking in these refugees than most other countries. This bill takes a excellent and intelligent approach to solving this issue.  I'm willing to vote on this bill as it is.

This is already in the bill.

I am in support of my fellow colleague VPH's recommendation to include opportunities for refugees to learn the English language.

I didn't find it very specific. It's not a sticking point that makes me oppose the bill, but I find that there may not be resources in host communities, especially smaller towns. I'd like to see something that refers to a curriculum or sets proficiency as a goal. I'm afraid there's not enough accountability.

I'm pretty sure this is a typo, unless it is the intention of the Senate to settle the entire body of refugees exclusively within the territory Fremont. Tongue

In all other respects, this seems to be a good and needful bit of legislation; I would also support an amendment as proposed by Representative VPH to offer English language instruction to refugees.

I would presume it was consider a means of providing pork to the Fremont region, by the late Senator Barnes. Tongue

I offer the following amendment, because rhetorical accuracy matters:
