Abolish it. While people like opebo and Paris Hilton are good arguments for keeping it or outright raising it, the money that they receive is in itself is not the problem - the real problem is their parents spoiling them rotten and making it to where they never experience what it's like to earn their own way, which is not universal to all rich people.
