Speech at Waterfront Park in Louisville, KY on August 31st, 2017

Hello people of Louisville, Kentucky, and Atlasia!!
I have been appointed by People's Speaker NC Yankee to fill the seat vacated by Vice President Fhtagn to serve the term that she was reelected to a couple weekends ago. I promise to work hard for the people of Atlasia and to be an active contributing member who will continue and build upon the excellent legacy of former Representative Fhtagn over the next two months. I promise to always hear suggestions from Fhtagn, her voters, and any other citizens since I would love to have the support of everyone. I wish to keep the support of anybody who voted for me in my previous campaigns. I also would like to mend the bonds with anybody who has doubts about my ability to serve well in our nation of Atlasia as well as with anyone who voted against me in previous elections. I will always strive to achieve good quality solutions to the major problems facing Atlasia through the art of bipartisanship and sticking to my own values in order to make lives better, happier, easier, and freer for all of our citizens. I will always vote on every bill unless I declare a leave of absence in the case of a real life emergency. I will also introduce and sponsor some of my own ideas and add input to other bills. I thank the Federalist Party for all of the support, and I will always keep my office open to input from anybody. I also want to forge positive relationships with citizens from both sides of the aisle as well as outside of it because it will help everybody if I have the necessary support to accomplish amazing things effectively.

To the people of Atlasia,
I have sworn in a second time so I can serve you the people to the best of my ability and to protect the constitution of our great nation. I have already commented on the public works bill which has crucial importance for improving our economy. I will also explain my take on the Refugee Bill very soon. I plan on being an active member who will work with the rest our Congress to improve lives for the people of Atlasia. I will always put the interests of our hardworking Atlasian people first above anything else. I will place my focus on alleviating the suffering that millions of people must currently endure. That is why I plan on going to Florida to meet and help with the rescue efforts this weekend, so I can support our communities devastated by Hurricane Harvey. I also plan on introducing a bill to appropriate federal money for the necessary rebuilding efforts in Florida. Again, I thank all of you for your support, and let's keep the focus on putting people first!

So as we are approaching the new year, I wish to hear some input from the people themselves about their most pressing concerns that they wish for Congress to address and suggestions of bills for me to advocate for in 2018.
