If he were too run, he would most likely win. So it's a question mostly of if he would run or not which could be decided by a multitude of situations. If he doesn't then the field would be open to about anyone but I could see a easy Pence win if Trump resigns and Pence runs for re-election. Now as for Pence being on the ticket or not in 2020 depends on the next 3 years but as of now I have no reason to believe he will be kicked off.
