OK: Restore Greer to Texas; move Texas to Texas.
MO: Texas to Texas.

To avoid confusion the counties would be renamed Oklahoma and Missouri counties.

AR: Miller to Texas. Texarkana would be renamed to Texatexa.

NY: Richmond to New Jersey

MA: Dukes to New York

ME: Aroostook to New Brunswick

AK: Ketchikan to Columbia (will be contiguous after international boundary realignment)

Would you split Dukes, or take the islands just off of Woods Hole to NY as well. What about Block Is in Washington RI that sits between Dukes and Long Island?

(Keep in mind that the national total is missing about 10m votes; the guy who made it never bothered to update after all the provisionals, mail-in ballots, etc were counted. But by and large, it's proportionally accurate)

Wow.
Just by adding Lake County, IL to Wisconsin, you flipped it to D.
Just by taking Monroe County out of MI, you flipped it to D.
By making the two changes to AZ that you did - adding big ol' San Bernardino, CA and taking out Mohave, AZ - you flipped it to D.
And just by taking York County out of PA, you flipped it to D. You didn't not actually have to add New Castle, DE, to PA to flip it. Without York, PA voted for Hillary by 16,000.
Voila! Hello, Pres. Clinton.

For Rhode Island, I'd say moving Bristol County would be a better idea, since it would make perfect sense to move with the MA Bristol, and removing Providence (and over half the state's population) would cripple its economy.

Maybe move Berrien County, MI to Indiana?

The county voted 82.7% against Daylight Saving Time in 1972, and should probably be on Central Time, along with northwestern Indiana and Chicago.

There are probably more Cubs than Tigers fans in Berrien (especially now, Sept. 2017).

In exchange, MI could get Lucas County, OH (though I think a war was fought over that).

You can change the year to 1964, which was after DC began voting, and before ME and NE started splitting their electoral votes.

Not sure why it is doing this, but these are my moves.

I'm sorry to delete the link, but it is messing up the thread. You can't embed it as an url. You have to save an image then link to that instead. - muon2
