I have lots of alternative ideas for how to raise money. Some are in the bills ive been introducing but there are plenty more. Id be down with increasing the liquor tax, creating a lottery, taxing recreational cannabis, tying hunting cabin fees and fishing license prices to CPI, more commemorative coins, allow more billboards along state roads, charging lefties for the privilege of t.p.ing confederate statues, or selling land for instance.

Also, we could cut funding to colleges by 10% if they have speech codes which unfairly limit student freedom.

After thinking about this bill for a while, I don't think it addresses why tuition is getting out of control and would only act as a money pit.
