I definitely think Georgia is going to be more of a swing state than NC next election.

NC seems to be attracting only very slightly more democrats than republicans, whereas Georgia's democratic population is rapidly increasing.

I don't consider NM a swing state at all unless the Republican candidate is particularly good with Hispanics, like Bush was.
