If you told me in 2015 that the results of the upcoming presidential election would make the entire Midwest trend sharply Republican and the entire South and most of the Mountain West trend sharply Democratic, I would have called you nutty.

And yet, here we are.

Utah is not going to elect a Democrat.

If Hatch is the GOP nominee, it might.

I mean, I could see Hatch getting a very pathetic showing (maybe even less than 50%), but I highly doubt that everyone who refuses to vote for him would for the Democratic nominee.
