The most Democratic parts of Clark County are not in Las Vegas proper anyway. (They're in North Las Vegas.) Moreover, some of the more Republican parts of Clark County are in Las Vegas proper (Summerlin and the other wealthy western suburbs). Overall, I wouldn't consider Las Vegas proper especially more urban than the rest of the county, and the county as a whole is not nearly as politically polarized geographically as most urban/suburban US counties.
That said, I don't have exact figures.
