In 2008 at least, there was almost no difference between Las Vegas proper and the remainder of Clark County:

Las Vegas (D+6): Obama 59.2%, McCain 38.8% (Obama +20.4)
Rest of Clark (D+5): Obama 58.2%, McCain 39.8% (Obama +18.4)
