Probably around 45%. While that might not sound so bad, Obama was at 45% the week of the 2010 election and Democrats got clobbered. She wouldn't have made any friends or won anybody over, but virtually everybody who voted for her would stand in lock-step approval after the endless parade of congressional witch-hunts and faux-scandals started.
