Honestly I think it's just a matter of Strange having the money and support of the establishment = more ads and exposure. Bad timing for Moore - he would have definitely won this race is the election was held last week instead of next. Obviously premature to assume Strange will win based on one poll but Strange is definitely turning the race around, that much is obvious. Tossup if held today, but I'll give a tilt to Strange on the 25th because I suspect momentum will keep shifting towards him.
