Pretty self explanatory.

I'd go for Bobby.

John ... at least his shadiness was a little Mad Men-esque.

Actually Bobby, although he treated Lyndon Johnson horribly (ok, LBJ wasn't too nice to him either).

Bobby is by far the Kennedy brother that I like the most, and by extension my favourite. His career alone from 1964-1968 was pretty incredible; travelling to South Africa to oppose Apartheid, stopping an entire city from rioting after MLK's death, bringing attention and publicity to poverty in America, his pioneering work with civil rights.

Although as I always maintain the Kennedy who did the most (due to both his longevity, and the fact he was in the Senate) for 'progressivism' was Ted. Lots of really solid stuff that we generally forget; lowering the voting age to 18, various acts for disabled Americans, Title XI of the civil rights bill, first HIV/AIDS bill. Of course he had his personal and political flaws; his 1980 campaign made Owen Smiths bid last year look like a masterful campaign.

I do like John, Bobby, and Ted in that order but if it were to rank them in order not of personality but of there positions, legacy, and impact according to me then (IE how i think of each of them):

1. John Kennedy
2. Ted Kennedy
3. Bobby Kennedy

Not to say Bobby is bad since i like all three.

John (he cut taxes, fought communism, and had a solid pro-life record)

He also opposed tax cuts cutting below 70% or whatever it was he cut it to, was the original architect of the Great Society, and never took a position on abortion. He also, you know, had many cases of extramarital sex and womanizing...

ew. I'm almost inclined to say none. Not More Pro-National Security State than Nixon John, Not McCarthy Staffer Robert, not actual killer Teddy.

I guess Jack.
