I like milk and white, don't care for dark.  Too much.  Plus dark is so dangerous for dogs.  People say "chocolate will kill your dog"...it won't clearly or dogs would be dying by the thousands everyday.  Your dog can eat a bunch of milk chocolate and maybe get a tummy ache and have some weird poops for a day or two.  But if you have dogs, especially small dogs, you have to hide your dark/bakers chocolate like you do drain cleaner from your toddlers.

I should say the only way I've ever enjoyed dark chocolate was in small amounts eaten alongside espresso. I have an aversion to bitter things but smoky intense espresso actually combats the bittersweet of dark chocolate and makes it quite palatable, if still not something I'd seek out.

Dark, >70%. I don't have much chocolate these days but I find I can't stand milk chocolate these days. Snowguy has it backwards; white chocolate is indigestible unless it's in small shavings on top of whipped cream on a mocha or something.
