Dark, >70%. I don't have much chocolate these days but I find I can't stand milk chocolate these days. Snowguy has it backwards; white chocolate is indigestible unless it's in small shavings on top of whipped cream on a mocha or something.
This is why we're so compatible and get along so well!

Hot chocolate milk and chocolate pudding. I love (hot) chocolate pudding. Or vanilla pudding with chocolate splits.

I should say the only way I've ever enjoyed dark chocolate was in small amounts eaten alongside espresso. I have an aversion to bitter things but smoky intense espresso actually combats the bittersweet of dark chocolate and makes it quite palatable, if still not something I'd seek out.

My favorite. Also conveniently named after me.

Scharffen Berger 70% dark with sea salt is terrific, too. And American. Smiley

So the social liberal likes whites and the social conservative likes darks? lol

I like milk chocolate the best, personally.

When I talk about my black friends, I mean the chocolate bars in the pantry.
