So now both sides are fighting fascism and communism, ideologies that will never gain power in the US for years, if ever.

Again, what is the purpose of giving them all this attention, though? The attention is what helps them.
According to Jacobin, we should go out of our way to physically assault fascists. Literally the opposite of giving no attention.

I mean, you can always coddle Fascists and pretend they don't exist while they victimize more people. If that's the option you'd like to embrace, then go for it. Just glad I'm not a coddler of Fascists; at least my conscience is clean.

No one here coddles fascists except for your imaginary straw man.

If you do not commit random militant attacks, you coddle fascists. It's as simple as that! Political violence is totes cool!
