If it's illegal to have group sex, it should also be illegal to catch anyone having group sex (voyeurism).

The penalty for having group sex should be to have to watch obese 60-year-olds do it.

No - nothing that goes on in the "bedroom" should be illegal, as long as it doesn't involve children and/or animals.
