Well I voted for Mugabe since he's pretty fücked up after him I would say Niyazov is next fücked up then LaRouche and then Paisley although all are really insane.

I ask again. Does Mugabe control 8% of the US oil imports with the ability to randomly cut it any time he wants? To say Chavez is harmless is easily one of the most uninformed statements one can make.
