Umm, both once and twice, but its not what you think. So when I was born I was sick and I guess they thought there was a chance I could die. So my grandma did like an emergency baptism for me at the hospital. I of course ended up being fine, so at a later date I was taken to the church to go through the motions of a regular baptism ceremony.

I understand that in the Catholic Church you can only be baptized once, and for me it was probably the first one. But my records will always show the second one.

Twice- once as a baby and once as an adult after joining a Southern Baptist church.  Half of my family is Baptist, but I was raised Catholic then went through an atheist phase before becoming a Baptist.

Twice, both as an infant.  First by my (Catholic) mom who did so with my grandfather's instruction, then by the then-pastor at my UCC church which my parents stopped taking me to shortly afterwards (which I started attending myself after my dad passed).
