Per Article 3, Section 3 of the Official Senate Procedural Resolution, this is the Expired Legislation Thread. Senators may reintroduce legislation that was introduced in the previous Senate session, but expired without being debated OR without receiving a final vote.
"In order for legislation to be reintroduced, said legislation must not have received public debate time on the Senate floor, or if debate time has been given, must have not come up for a public vote in front of the full Senate." (Official Senate Procedural Resolution)
This thread will be open from Noon September 2, 2005 to Noon September 5, 2005

To speed things up (I hope no one minds): I would like to motion that the following bills are reintroduced:
- Protection of Gun Rights Bill
- Pledge of Allegiance Bill II
- Regional Quarters Bill

While Obama was snorting coke and memorizing Marx, Romney was out there helping people and building success.

Any Senator may reintroduce legislation, so I see no problem in accepting Senator Ebowed',s motion.
No more legislation remains to be reintroduced. Legislation will be placed on the floor shortly.
