Basque terrorists, maybe?  Their political goal is separatism, not any extreme political ideology.  The Basque National Party is pretty much centrist by European standards.

Heck, some of the Sunni insurgents in Iraq probably don't have any extreme political views.

ETA is a Marxist organization and they don't support the Basque National Party, but rather the recentely banned socialist Batasuna.

There have been many "terrorist" groups that were based on ethnic separatism.  They often move to one political extreme in order to get more support.  This was especially true during the Cold War.  The IRA went Marxist for a while, but it was almost just a fad.  These days, calling yourself "Marxist" doesn't get you the international support it once did, though you will get some moral support from U.S. college students Wink

The ETa has always been communist, and sinn feinn has always been extreme left, but not really marxist, more like libertarian(in the clasical meaning of the word).
