Of course Linclon only won 39.9% of the popular vote

But who got the most votes?


Lincoln, my point was you could argue that Lincoln didn't have much of a mandate to govern but the sure acted like he did

My point is that ... most of the time whoever gets the most votes ends up winning.

Remove the EC now. Also remove all consideration for state bounderies when deciding house district borders and use the entire membership of the senate for target practice.
