I have a block of gobernment housing about 50 meters from where I'm sitting right now, and whilst i'm sure some drugs ow whatever occur there, I want them not only to be destroyed in a massive disaster, but I aslo don't weant them the leave. I have no clue hpow someone could want anyone, government housing dwellers or otherwise, to lose their homes. Maybe he didn't want it, but he certainly wasn't dissapointed by it. Heartless bastard.
