how would this change things?
my thinking
there would have been no real changes till Reagan, who would be won in 88. His alziemers though, which reportedly was creeping in by then, would have led to Bush playing a growing role of importance throughout the term. Bush would have run in 92, but if Reagan was losing his sanity, I think Clinton would have will won out in 92. Clinton then would have won in 2000 and again in 04. I dont think he'd have the political capitol to run in 08, but he'd become the longest serving president.
