What a horrendous bill!  We should hold to our principles and support democracy against tyranny.  I urge my Senators to vote nay on this bill.

I'm really split on this issue.  Right now, I could vote either way.  Although I think we should support democracy around the world, I still believe that we should amke Taiwain realize that they are a rebellion and that they should rejoin China.
That's about the most repulsive thing I've read in a while.  China is tyrannous regime, Taiwain is a legitiment democracy.  Suggesting that we should let them be forced back into Chinese rule is against everything that this country was founded on; that our ancestors fought and died for.

Our economic relations with China are anything but beneficial to us.  We have never had a fair trade deal with China.

Let me make it clear that just about any Senator that votes for this bill isn't getting a vote from me for any office...ever.  It reveals a total lack of principles.
